Who is responsible
FDGL sp. z o.o., ul. Solipska 3/5, 02-482 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 5223381912, KRS 0001261574 ("we"). Second Order is our brand. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, brand, website, the business ranges you select and anything you write. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of this site, storage of form submissions and cookieless visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of the notification email to our inbox.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case the contract rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages and channels bring inquiries. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, on the legal basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). No advertising or remarketing cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page; rejecting removes the analytics cookies.
Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
When you send the contact form without accepting analytics, we may record in Google Analytics only the fact that an inquiry was sent and the business ranges you selected, with a random one-time identifier and without your name, email or IP address.
